Who can direct 3.5%?
Directing the 3.5% of income tax can be done through form 230, a form that can be completed by:
-people who have income from salaries and salary-related income;
-people who have income from pensions;
-people who have income from self-employed activities imposed on the basis of the income norm;
-people carrying out agricultural activities imposed on the basis of the income norm;
-people who have income from independent activities based on sports activity contracts, for which the tax is withheld at source;
-people who have income from intellectual property rights, other than those for which the net income is determined in the real system;
-people who have income from the transfer of the use of goods for which the net income is determined based on the income rules and income from the transfer of the use of the goods for which the net income is determined based on the flat-rate quotas of expenses.

Complete the column: IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THE TAXPAYER and signature.
The rest of the columns are filled in only if necessary (they are not mandatory).
Step 3:
Send the completed form in the original by post/courier to the address of the Confeuropa Enologi Association in Popasului Street no 2, Bucharest, District 1 or scanned to the email address office@confeuropaenologi.org and we will submit the forms to the competent fiscal body.
